2. How to Submit an Opt-Out Request

Send your request to privacy@noticeagency.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share Request" and include:

  • Your full name.
  • Your preferred contact email.
  • The state you reside in.
  • A brief statement requesting opt-out.

3. Verification and Authorized Agents

We may verify identity before processing requests. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with valid written authorization.

4. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any applicable privacy rights under California law.
